With those mods, by the time they come online the Imperium stops being a threat and becomes a pest control issue, post the Blokkat Crisis the Imperium would no longer resister as a threat to Stellaris.

As can bee seen with the attached save files, the final "Worm in Waiting" event which changes the all planets in my home system to Tomb worlds does change the planets, but does not change the habitability of my main species to Tomb world preference nor adds the Natural Physicists or Repugnant traits to them.
