However, it was coming back in, and should be fine in Jan. My understanding is Pamilla will not re-open the course until March 2015.

The actual road condition is quite good, and i've ridden worse roads in regards to safety. There's a pretty healthy shoulder (appx 4ft), and the traffic is normally pretty lite.
