Heat not working in 2012 jeep liberty.

Getting ready for winter, one of the kids asked about rear seat heat. I said that there are vents under the front seats that send air (ac or heat) to the rear passenger area. When checking them this weekend, I confirmed that there is no air coming out of those vents. I checked the manual and saw that I have to put the air setting to floor only.

I used to have a 2012 and had this issue. After we flushed the heater core, it made the heat work better but still wasn't great. It mostly just took foreverrr to heat up and on full blast it wasn't the hottest. But it certainly worked and was much improved after flushing the heater core.
