I think you can specify how many engrams are received based on level as well. you can but it won't work Retroactively. Has to be new levels only. Engram points worked retroactively on my server...found out the rough way. I had a script for engrams up to lvl 65 at the time, so all players could have enough engram points to get all engrams.
