The speed differential between somebody doing the breast stroke and even a slow freestyle is pretty huge. Obviously depends on who it is doing breaststroke but of course people in a triathlon doing it tend to be weaker, but surely this is more an argument for it being less of an issue because it means they are easy to get around.
