I'd suggest getting both in-hand to see which you prefer. Both excellent choices.The Canik trigger is hands down better than the Q5 in terms of smoothness of press and a shorter and crisper reset. The other difference is the price. 900+ for the Q5 vs 455 for the SFX. Also the split times for the follow up shot is better on the Canik. Average split on the Canik is .21 seconds and the average for the Q5 is .25 seconds. The Canik comes with higher capacity magazines, I still can’t believe the Q5 match comes with 15rnd mags from the factory as a competition ready pistol. In terms of reliability, I’ve never had either of them let me down. In terms of price to performance ratio the Rival clearly beats the Q5.The Mete slide is a bit longer by a small bit. The DS front sight is fiber optic with a spare to change out the color. The Mete is white dot. Both adjustable for windage. The fiber really pops as do the Mete three white dots (at least to me).
