These days i try different severs of my friends, i find that when the network latency is high (almost 500ms), i probably get the black walls. Try different booster or VPN may solve the problem, as I play smoothly at 50ms.

I downloaded Project Zomboid today on steam. Whenever I launch it it goes black and no sound like if I hover over it I see the terms and service agreement but if I click it its black. Hello everyone. i am currently experiencing an issue where i join a friend's public server and am just getting a black screen after "this is how you die" intro loading message. Essentially, the game never loads. Single player works perfectly fine though. The following settings i have already made in hopes of fixing it:
