Katana- On Exile Lands use Musashis Black Blade for PvE and the Seven Winds for PvP. Both of the best katanas on Exile lands are farmed Legendaries which is bothersome. On Siptah, Sapping Blade is best if you have Prescicion Strike. If you don't, Seven Winds is better if it has an Oil of Agony on it. I think unoiled Sapping is better.

I haven't tested that. But an Obsidian Mace is absolutely better for PvP and even for normal PvE without boss fights. The absolute best mace is the Voidforge Mace, but you need Siptah for that. It offers even higher damage and +5 Strength. And yes, Two-Handed weapons are absolutely not an optimal choice for neither PvE or PvP.
