So unless you are capoing above the fifth fret, what you need is a 5" radius capo. I don't know if anyone makes a stock 5" radius capo, but you could custom order one from several places. Looks like Kat Eyz does a brass one for $60, for example.

But the thing I like about the Collins vs Elliot Elite is the smoothness of the thumb screw motion.
