So this means that once the 60/30 Static FPS mod is updated to 1.2.1 it should work too with DFPS 1.5.3. So … I decided to try it out today and verify it for myself due to I didn't believe it at first.With the 60 fps option I don’t always get 60, I’m usually between 45-55 depending on the area, so I decided to try the 45 option. But when using the 45 option my fps tanks and has a hard time staying close to 45 fps. And I’m also using rtss to monitor fps, if I disable rtss it still happens.

I think you just have to try it yourself. For me fps++ is smoother compared to dynamicfps which is a complete stutter fest. Dynamicfps is better for me, the only downside is it needs 60fps + black screen fix + cut scene fix to work. Now it's included on 1.5, so i will just stick will it.
