I’m saying the only difference between a green label CGC and a CBCS, in this particular case, is the label. You read the reason for the qualified grade and it’s just the signature. And that’s a silly distinction, because everybody can just assume a signed CBCS book exists because it’s signed w/o a CGC witness and the seller wanted to avoid a green label.

Generally, having green and purple labels can be especially useful when grading golden age comics, as those are the most likely to have problems.
