One thing I would suggest trying is turning off ambient events. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Go to your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Find the file titled: LSPDFR.ini. It was by the DLC vehicles I added, I removed all my DLCs and still the same results, I do not know how to fix it and I have tried everything, I checked my RPH log and it does not say anything I do not know why [I installed an .oiv car package and I can't find it that may be the problem.]
