So they only having access to activate the modem. I suggest you to contact the modem with ISP by providing HFC mac address.I also updated the firmware to V1.0.0.52_1.0.81. The device driver is also updated. None of these fixed my problem. However I did eventually notice that my 2.4GHz and 5 GHz LED lights are both blinking differently that what I remember.
