Pretty much every meta build ever used powerful onmyo in Nioh 1, but that didn't mean they used an onmyo build or heavy onmyo investment or even moderate onmyo investment. It's perfectly fine for Ninjutsu to outdamage Onmyo, but currently the gap is so vast it's just dumb.
