I have two thermostats I installed in this new house a couple of weeks ago. In the app, 2-3 time a day they'll go offline. If I go to the thermostat and physically press it, they come back online in the app almost right away. If I leave it and wait like 15 min, they come back online on their own. The battery levels seem fine.
